????️ BILDCO Signs Strategic Agreement to Establish Smart Ready-Mix Concrete Facility in Abu Dhabi
BILDCO announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Royal Griffin Global Investments – LLC – S.P.C to establish and operate a specialized smart ready-mix concrete company in Abu Dhabi.
The project will be developed in the Mussafah Industrial Area as part of an integrated industrial initiative aimed at strengthening BILDCO’s presence in major infrastructure and urban development projects across the UAE.
According to the company, the facility is expected to utilize advanced production technologies, intelligent operational systems and environmental sustainability solutions, with an annual production capacity ranging between 800,000 and 1,000,000 cubic meters.
The project will include:
• Two high-efficiency smart concrete batching plants
• Centralized control and operational systems supported by intelligent automation technologies
• Advanced industrial infrastructure for production management, distribution and logistics services
BILDCO stated that the project is expected to contribute to enhancing local ready-mix concrete production capabilities and strengthening the construction sector supply chain, while also creating operational and investment opportunities over the coming years.
Acting Chief Executive Officer Shamsa Al Fahim described the project as a strategic turning point in BILDCO’s transformation journey and part of the company’s vision to position itself as an integrated industrial platform supporting urban and industrial development in the UAE.
Royal Griffin Global Investments stated that the project represents a strategic opportunity to develop one of the region’s advanced ready-mix concrete facilities through the integration of smart industrial technologies and global operational practices.
