Talabat to Commence Share Buyback Program Starting 18 May 2026
Talabat Holding PLC announced that it will commence its share buyback program on 18 May 2026, following approval from the company’s General Assembly to repurchase up to 5% of its issued shares.
The company stated that any share purchase transactions executed under the program will be disclosed through the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) in line with applicable regulations and disclosure requirements.
The notification was submitted to the Dubai Financial Market on 13 May 2026.
